New Surveyor

Mark has joined WMS as a surveyor and has been employed to process tenders and price future projects as well as assist in managing the company's various accreditation systems. He is an Advanced Craft Carpenter and Joiner and brings construction and manufacturing experience. Previous roles have included Project Management for a joinery manufacturer plus scheduling, estimating and material procurement.

Outside of work Mark enjoys time with his family, walking and the odd game of golf.

New Internal Health & Safety Manager

Greg has joined WMS as the Health and Safety Manager and has been employed to ensure WMS operates in a safe manner and remains compliant in all matters regarding Health and Safety. He has 10years of experience within the asbestos industry as a surveying manager and during this time completed his NEBOSH construction safety and health certificate. Greg is a technical member of IOSH and has learnt a wealth of experience from managing and working across, social housing, commercial and industrial sites throughout the South West.

Outside of work he is a sponsored competitive surfer and keen runner.

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Steve Oakley as Business Manager of our painting division

Steve's role will jointly lead our painting services for both WMS & Williams & Martin.

Steve joins us following 12 years as the specification manager for the South west with Dulux Akzo Nobel.

WMS Managing Director Michael Sussex commented, "Steve's comprehensive knowledge of both paint and the wider coatings market will prove invaluable to our customers as he will lead the growth of this service with our existing team."

Steve takes up his post on February 1st. We wish him well.
