Dear Sir I am writing to let you know how well two of your staff have worked in my property over the last couple of weeks. They have been polite and very considerate whilst they have been here! The bathroom is looking very nice! At the end of every day they cleared everything away, neat and tidy. They were very patient with my dog who as nervous at times. Hi Jane, I wasn't too sure who to message but just wanted to say what a fantastic job Paul and Owen have done on my bathroom. It looks amazing and they kept me informed all the way through with what needs doing and we're very polite and courteous in my house. Hi Claire The Electrician that came to me was totally brilliant and couldn't have been more helpful, great interpersonal skills, didn't feel patronised at all for perhaps 'silly' questions. There was some confusion as I wanted the connection checked - didn't want it to start a fire... not a new light fitting... anyway, all sorted, checked & ok - feel safe and confident now. Thank you so much to WMS for your meticulous are and attention during the refurbishment over half term. Class 1 toilets and cloakroom are looking fantastic! The staff are going in tomorrow to get Class 1 ready to welcome the children in on Monday. We cant wait to see the children's reaction!

Two of your guys have been doing our bathrooms and what a great job they have both done, they work well together bless them! They came out on Saturday to make sure we had a working bath basin and loo, well pleased! They are very polite and good workers, very conscientious. You would do well to look after these guys, we could leave them to it and trust them both, I think they should be praised!

John did a fantastic job always explaining what his daily tasks would be and cleaning up as he went, which allowed me to use all other facilities with no problem at all. His performance & attitude was second to none always going that extra mile to satisfy. Morning Greg First of all, I can’t thank you enough for making things happen today for flat 8’s shower, it is so much appreciated. Secondly, I would like to sing the praises of Hugh who renovated the bathrooms. I specifically asked for Hugh as I believed he would be the best person to carry out the work. Hugh was brilliant, despite really tough working conditions in the heat. He managed the residents to a point where they were so complimentary about him and so delighted with the work he carried out. It was so important that this work was not compromised in any way, and I am so grateful to Hugh for his patience, understanding of the situation and his professionalism in his work. Hi Richard, I attended a site visit yesterday and just wanted to send you an email with some really nice feedback from a few residents that I spoke with in regards to the window replacement/repairs at the above estate. I met with your foreman, Reef, who took the time to show me around the site and explain all aspects of the works taking place. He answered all my questions, thoroughly and in depth and showed me the before, during and after works taking place. He introduced me to all the operatives on site, who were all really nice and friendly. The site was extremely clean and tidy and you wouldn’t think that work was being carried out, which is so refreshing to see and a credit to your team on site. On speaking with residents, who have had their windows completed or in the process of works being carried out in their flats, I have received nothing but praise about the operatives, how nice and friendly, polite and tidy they are and how quietly they work (no radio’s). That they are nice chaps to talk too and always make sure the resident is happy with what they are doing. They have all said how nice the windows look and what a difference this has made to them and the whole estate. They have even said they have had to turn their heating down now, it has made that much of a difference. Please feel free to give me a call if you wish to discuss this further, but a big well done to your team so far.

Dear all, Had a visit from my neighbour today she tells me that the workforce have been brilliant, they are polite, funny, kind and thoughtful, also very clean. When they go to buy their lunches, they ask if they can do any shopping for her and make a cup of tea for her (not themselves). Her kitchen is now ready for painting and floor covering. She wanted me to pass on her thanks to them all for working with such a great outside company, also could you pass onto the company her thanks.

The workmen were unobtrusive, very respectful and polite, if anyone asks I would have no hesitation in recommending WMS for this work!

Young kitchen fitter was brilliant I know we had problems with the kitchen but he was open trying different things and we sorted it together. Jane awesome as always. The chippy that was at new road was great too the new hand rail look amazing. Jerry generally was really really good and helpful just what we discussed earlier that's all. He has kept Michael up to date all throughout, has gone above and beyond with many jobs, and his workmanship is great. Paul Tricker has also been great, has popped in and kept an eye, and has been quick to help when we have had small issues. Jose also came very late in the day to help, and it is all appreciated.

He always remained professional and composed even when faced with unexpected issues. He is exceptionally client aware and focused and communicated thoroughly to ensure we were being provided with the best attention and care throughout. Second, Daryn Veale. As site manager, Daryn provided an outstanding service. Whilst not only ensuring that all H&S was correctly executed, he was also well liked by the residents. He was always polite and respectful even when continuously asked frivolous questions. His knowledge and attention could not be faulted. Third, Brian. Brian was always positive and friendly to all he encountered, even in the worst of weathers. Also, please express my thanks to any of WMS's staff who was engaged on the project that we did not necessarily see. I cannot express how grateful I am to everyone in bringing this important project to a conclusion and I hope we can work together on many more.

Dear Phil, I would like to thank you and your staff for the tremendous effort you have all made in completing the work on the Pathways Discovery Centre. I am writing to express my thanks for the works that WMS did at our school to install a hygiene room for a pupil with high medical needs. WMS worked all through the holidays, co-ordinating a huge variety of works-people and I was impressed that the project (commissioned so late in the term due to pupil’s con?rmation of attendance only being received in the Summer Term) was completed in time for the start of the new academic year. Mike Sloman kept me informed throughout the works and I was grateful for his professionalism. The finished hygiene room was completed to a high standard and has made a huge difference to the staff and pupils. Thank you so much for overseeing this project.

Hi Jason, I called WMS on Friday evening to as for someone to look at a stainless steel cladding panel that had come loose on our balcony during the strong winds. The lady on your helpline was really good and said she would get someone out asap. She phoned back within minutes to say that someone would be with us shortly. Krys arrived within half an hour, having come straight from the beach. He checked the damage and went home to pick up his van and tools. He made it safe but couldn't fix it fully as it was still windy and he needed two pairs of hands to secure it properly. He came back on Sunday morning to complete the work so that it would be finished by the time our guests arrived this week. You probably only hear from owners when something goes wrong but I have to say that we found the communication and service from WMS exceptional. Cheers, Bryan & Gill Bowles

The project has been delivered on time and on budget, this now allows the integration / installation of the new equipment due in December. Dear WMS. For several weeks WMS have been dealing with water ingress issues at the Rolle Quay site. It was all finally completed this morning. I have been the ‘site contact’ for this work and I would like to record how very pleased ALL the affected residents are with the quality of repair work that has been carried out. Hi Nick, I would just like to take the time today to praise the contracting company you sent out. Will was very communicative and replied to my emails promptly. He arranged a day with us that was not too much further in the future – only 3 working days ahead. The contractor (Colin) that came out was on time, very quick with his work and very friendly. I explained the situation to him, and he suggested replacing the rotten wood with plastic so it was less likely to rot and more cost efficient. Obviously we went with this option. I would recommend this company to anyone, and if we ever have the option for future work then we would much prefer this company to come out rather than the original contractor you usually use. Who by the way, has only txt me today to say that he will come out to do the work soon (he came to look at the rotten wood on the 6th May and this is the first I have heard from) – I have informed him that the work has now been done. The contractor you used at Tolgus was exceptional, the workmanship is second to none...

Following substantial completion of the main civils aspects of the work at Bucks Mills I have suggested to TDC that they now take over site supervision, with support from B&V as required. I will come down in the New Year once everything is complete to do a final inspection, but other than that it’s unlikely that I’ll be down on site much. It’s been quite a unique project, and I intend to prepare a presentation for the ICE South West, which I’d be happy to run past you before submitting. With that in mind, could you send me the total quantities of materials (cement, sand etc.) you used once you have them? I think it will make quite an interesting subject. I’ll probably have a few other questions once I’ve made a start, so I hope you don’t mind if I get in touch. It’s been a real pleasure working with WMS, especially Rob who is a great credit to your organisation and was just the right person for the job. What we have achieved in such a short time and with the limited budget available is largely due to his ingenuity and ‘can do’ attitude. I use WMS on all of our Cornwall blocks & have never had any bad feedback from clients. I find them fast to respond, efficient, reliable & always willing to go the extra mile! I just wanted to feed back to you following my visit today at Orchard Meadow in Chagford. I met with 2 guys, one working at 23 and one at 20. Both were lovely guys, they were cracking on well and the work looked very good. Interaction with the resident was also very polite, courteous and reassuring of their questions around the colour of the walls. Great to see, thank you very much.

Lee and I would just like to thank the team for all their hard work over the past 5 weeks. A particular mention for Gerry and Joe. The new work has been tested well this week with the rain and for the first time in over 20 years we have no water marks on the wall!!!! The team worked hard and cleared up every night.
