If you are a regular client of WMS then you can sign up to our responsive maintenance service free of charge. WMS just need contact details and authorisation to avoid disturbing clients at night. So whatever time, day or night (including Bank Holidays) your broken locks, blocked toilets or other emergencies can all still be repaired.
Our aim is to make safe, make secure and prevent further damage offering reassurance to owners and especially the more vulnerable in society.
We cover all types of emergencies including:
- Plumbing – burst pipes, blocked toilets, faulty taps
- Heating / Hot Water – gas Boiler repairs, immersion heater repairs, direct/indirect hot water systems
- Electrical – faulty lights, socket repairs, minor wiring
- Carpentry – locks, doors, windows, board ups, make safe fencing
- Roofing – temporary felt repair, slipped and replacement tiles
WMS have a wealth of experience delivering refurbishment contracts and projects within budget and on time.
