At WMS, supporting the communities we work in goes beyond the projects we deliver.

 Recently, Ben was on hand to help clear a fallen tree on Muddiford Road, assisting with efforts to remove the obstruction and help make the area safe again.

While it may not have been part of a planned programme of work, actions like these demonstrate the willingness of our teams to step in and help when needed. Small acts of support can make a big difference to local communities and are an important part of the values we promote across the business.

A big thank you to Ben and everyone involved in helping get the road cleared and the area back to normal.

The WMS team was delighted to attend the Somerset Business Expo, joining businesses from across the region for a day of networking, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

 The event provided an excellent opportunity to connect with local organisations, discuss industry challenges and opportunities, and build new relationships within the Somerset business community. It was also a chance to catch up with existing contacts and strengthen partnerships already in place.

We're pleased to have made a number of valuable new connections throughout the day and look forward to following up on the conversations and opportunities that came from the event.

WMS recently received some wonderful feedback following a shower wall installation carried out by Ian.

 The resident was delighted with the finished result, praising Ian’s professionalism, friendly manner, and efficient approach throughout the job. Particular recognition was given to the high standard of workmanship and the positive experience created during the installation.

Feedback like this highlights the importance of combining quality work with excellent customer service, ensuring residents feel informed, respected and confident throughout the process.

WMS recently received excellent feedback from a resident following works carried out by Gareth and Ian.

 The resident spoke highly of both operatives, describing them as "amazing" and praising the service received throughout the works. During a customer satisfaction survey, the resident went on to say that WMS had been the best company they had dealt with in years.
