Chimney rendering completed by our skilled in-house plastering operative.
Asbestos removal, roofing, and scaffolding handled by trusted specialist subcontractor partners.

We're pleased to let you know that our latest works to develop a new admin facility at North Devon District Hospital (NDDH) are making excellent progress.

The new development - known as Yeo View - will provide new, modern, compliant workspaces and facilities for groups of staff currently based in Chichester and Munro Houses, which are soon to be demolished to make way for new staff residential accommodation.

The development is a major first step in the Our Future Hospital (OFH) programme, which promises to build a better hospital in North Devon by rebuilding the staff and patient facilities in most urgent need of upgrade.

The new workspaces at Yeo View, and later development of modern residential accommodation for staff, will ensure NDDH create a great place to work, boosting recruitment and retention. Yeo View and the new residences are the first of a series of phases to create the space needed for the new clinical buildings we plan to build later in the programme, which will transform patient care for local people.

Yeo View will provide 64 workstations, 3 meeting rooms, and comply with all modern building standards. The Yeo View building is due for completion in October 2024, and work continues at pace.

WMS's Cornwall Painting Division have recently delivered some fantastic work across some of the most exposed areas within the Duchy!

Scoped with carrying out external decorations to a variety of properties during a "typical" Cornish Summer Mark and his team have once again come up trumps!

I'm sure you'll agree that these images are fantastic, Mark even found the time to catch a couple of beauties of an evening after a hard day's graft!
