WMS were once again recognised for results achieved at their recently completed project in Devon!
Calling on multi trade disciplines, the project allowed WMS Chudleigh to showcase a range of services and skillsets, much to the delight of the end user!
Works were carried out to various buildings on site, all of which had to be completed in a very tight timeframe and included;
- Removal, refurbishment and reinstallation of over 126 timber sash windows
- Splicing in and Repair Care resin repair to associated timber frames and cills
- Installation of secondary glazing
- Refurbishment and reinstallation of original ironmongery
- Installation of new flat roofing
- Removal of oak lintels replacing with oak slithers
- Dismantling of original skittles alley, redesign installation and staining of new
- Office refurbishment, re-decoration and installation of new power and data ports
- Multiple toilet room refurbishments, hacking off of plaster, re skim, decoration, removal of existing porcelain and replacement with new
- Air conditioning refurbishment
- Removal of existing carpets and replacement with new
- Replacement gutters
- Lead flashing work
- Lime rendering and render repairs
- Kitchen removal and replacement with new
- Production of hand crafted mouldings to match originals
The WMS team carried out all works whilst the building was in use with minimum disruption to day to day business, evening and weekend work complementing the day to day programme
The results achieved are testament to the attention to detail of the operational team at WMS, communication being key not only during but also prior to work commencing.
Client feedback has been exceptional but WMS do not rest on their laurels, active feedback is always sought on completion of any project with continual improvement the driver in the continued incremental growth of the business.
