Encompassing day to day response requests, minor works and out of hours service provision for Housing Associations, Property Management and Block Management companies etc, WMS are extremely proud of this small but highly effective and efficient team!

Initially reliant on a paper based administration system the team took the opportunity during lockdown 1 to revisit everything they do, especially as the service was even more important to clients and their customers in unprecedented times.

Utilising the latest digital technology WMS Response Services now boast a dynamic process driven system capable of recording all job requests and details, distributing them, instructing the appropriate operative, monitoring progress, feedback and job status in real time, all at the click of a mouse! The system talks to WMS in house bespoke IT system so all financials are captured as a matter of course.

Such is the success of WMS Response Services (the business growing 7 fold in 2 years) clients are rushing to us to look after them!

On Doctors Orders!

WMS Continue to go from strength to strength with the unveiling of their latest £1.3 Million principle contractor project, the building of a new CT Scan Unit and refurbishment of adjoining XRay department at the busy North Devon District Hospital.

Delivered over 2 phases lasting just under 60 weeks the successful delivery of this project reinforces WMS’ reputation as a trusted principal contractor, delivering a quality product in all scenarios.

Housing 2 brand new fully commissioned CT scanners the steel framed new build aspect consists of “Metzec” walls and lead lined plywood with the Xray Department fully refurbished following total internal demolition.

So pleased are the client with WMS’s performance and attention to detail that they have awarded a further 3 Xray room refurbishments to WMS that have since been completed.

 BUT the good news doesn’t stop there!

 At the time of writing WMS have learnt that theyve won another 5 Xray room refurbishments and are confident that ALL works, including the recent orders will be completed in full within the original programme!

 Just what the Doctor ordered!

Why paint when you can clean?

Recently invited to site to view painting works WMS quickly identified the opportunity for cost savings for their client!

Having the WMS speciality cleaning team in attendance WMS decided that with the right preparation, treatment and products the surfaces could be cleaned sufficiently without the need for painting!

It was a win-win sustainability wise too negating the need for access, painting materials and multi site visits, tenant inconvenience was also considerably reduced!

Preparing a test area for consideration the client was thrilled with the whole job costing a quarter of the cost of an external redecoration!

We think the results speak for themselves!
