"I feel I must send this email regarding my new kitchen which has just been fitted, Really over the moon with it, a really professional job has been done, Your workforce were very helpful and very polite and I would especially like to mention Lewis the kitchen fitter who worked very hard on my kitchen and never stop until the job was done, made sure things were perfect - a true tradesman, 

Also we would like to mention Dan the decorator who again worked very hard and done a great job and was also very helpful too,
