Just to say a massive thank you for the excellent job done on replacing door and frame to flat 1.  They are delighted, I took a look today and it’s a really good job and everything left clean and tidy afterwards.  Thanks to Kelvin and Andy!!

WMS Contracts Manager John Myers has quite rightly received some fantastic plaudits delivering once again a project that he and his team and indeed all of WMS can be proud of.

Faced with a property neglected of the love (and maintenance) required for it to shine is an area of outstanding natural beauty, but exposed to all the elements associated with the rural Cornish countryside, John took it all in his stride.

John and the team worked tirelessly and diligently refurbishing the property both internally and externally in a bid to to bring it back to its former glory.

Work included installation of a fire break, fire doors throughout, full rewire, new kitchen, new bathroom and extensive reconfiguration works including new lintel and associated works. Calling on his team of time served painters, carpenters, plasterers, and electricians John and his guys pulled all the elements together to what we think you'll agree is a stunning end result!

So proud of the completed job the client threw an open day at the property to show off and celebrate with John managing to tackle "a few" of the pasties on offer!

WMS Somerset Area Manager Chris Snell was “over the moon” with the results achieved by his team on completion of this refurbishment project at Martock Library. Stripping out all the original furniture and fittings, complete re-decoration and installation of new lighting, emergency lighting and flooring has certainly made a massive impact! Result = one happy Somerset Area Manager and one very happy client!

I just wanted to drop you a line to say on behalf of everyone at our Housing Association, a big thank you to the team for their fantastic work at our head office and for putting our furniture together! It really is appreciated.

The finished look is fab and your team couldn’t do enough for us and, as someone who was tasked with getting the dimensions of the office, I know how helpful they were!

I’ve only seen images at the moment but will be going in on Thursday when our board will be in as well and I’m sure I’ll be even more impressed with the quality of the work.

Do pass our thanks and appreciation on to all of your colleagues who worked on this project.
