WMS are delighted to announce that from April 1st 2015 they will undertake all planned and responsive works for South Devon Rural Housing Association. This win follows an extensive value for money research project carried out by staff at South Devon Rural over the past 6 months with WMS coming out on top . Both Chief Executive of SDR Steve Prime and Managing Director of WMS Ltd expressed their delight at the agreement and looked forward to an effective working relationship with the benefit of all SDR tenants as paramount

WMS are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Phase 1  pre- paint repair and  External redecoration works at Wharfside Shopping Centre  in Penzance following a competitive tender exercise.   With Works to commence in March 2015 we look forward to working with everyone at Wharfside.

Justin Carbis has been promoted to the position of Contract Supervisor at the Redruth office .

Justin joined WMS at the very beginning and has  consistently demonstrated the balance of key skills both on site and behind a desk.

He will be responsible for a range of contracts including void works bathrooms and commercial properties.

We wish him well.

A generous donation  of £100 was made in November  by WMS Ltd towards the  St Austell Brewery Charitable Trust.
The trust has raised over £75,000 money for Southwest Charities and those in need  through its fundraising events.
This year was the 16th Celtic Beer festival. A very worthy Cause !
