Resident's Thank You Card Recognises Outstanding Service

At WMS, we're always proud to receive positive feedback from residents, but sometimes it's the simplest gestures that have the biggest impact.
Recently, one of our operatives, Ricky, received a handwritten thank you card from a resident expressing their appreciation for the work he had carried out.
While short in its message, the card speaks volumes about the positive relationships our teams build with residents every day. It's a reflection of the professionalism, care and commitment shown throughout every project, and a reminder that great customer service is just as important as the work itself.
